Public Office Statistics do not tally correctly |

Change, check, and tally system in the statistics package to allow correct tallying of the data. Now the statistics are tallied for properties and units that were on the market for some period during the selected reporting period rather than only for units currently on the market. |

Number of applications downloaded to be tallied |

Implemented new statistic rather than the "online applications" statistic. This newstatistic tallies the number of times an application form is downloaded. |

The notification system has now been implemented allowing a property owner/manager to send notification of changes made on the Rentals.com site to other services. |

Replace Kodak with a home grown image management solution |

Replaced Kodak with own, homegrown image upload solution. Now we can upload up to 64 images. This image solution is far more efficient than the Kodak solution and also it is fully under our control as to how we develop it further. |

Email from publicoffice to be handled by website |

Previously the email address was shown for the property allowing users to use their own email client like Outlook and Netscape to do the emailing. That lost us hit point and branding. Now this has been changed to use a Rentals web page that will send the email instead. |

Add new amenities |

Added amenities "Gated Community", "Tennis Courts", "Gas Heat" in the system at all property levels. Altered "Patio" to be "Patio/Balcony". |

Make Downloadable applications non-login |
| |
Previously a downloaded application required login by the renter. That seemed unnecessary, so now, if the office chooses the custom application, users don't need to log in to get it. |
